Product Description :
Heat Resistance, Water Proof bond, High Coverage, fast Drying. Weather change and continuous exposure to water and moisture expose furniture to stress. This could result in opening of joints and de-bonding of laminates in-spite of using good quality material. 'Ombond Waterproof Adhesives' is a specialized waterproof adhesive that protects furniture from de-bonding even when exposed to water.

Areas of Application :

• Bonds lumout, plywooa and other hard /soft wood. veneer. particle board. MDF, block board, hard board. etc.
• Spetially made for the handicraft industry and bonds all types of wood and ply to laminate. mainly in areas where furniture is affected by moisture/woter like kitchen, bathrooms, etc.

Application Methods :

• Surfaces to be bonded should be free from oil, grease. anddust and dinty
• Should be dry and properly leveled.
• For best results. roughen the surfaces to be bonded.
• Stir content of container before use.
• Apply even coats of OMBOND EB first on comparatively on porous surface for e.g. apply first on porous surface like plywood, MDF. particle board.
• Do not allow adhesive to dry. and bring both the surfaces in contact together, make proper alignment and start pressing from one side by using wet squeezed cloth to avoid bubbles, and ensuring uniform Contact and no At interruption between both the surfaces.
• Pressure can be given using nails ciarnbs, weight. masking tape etc.
